How To Know When Social Prospector Isn't Connected To Facebook?
It's easy to identify when Social Prospector isn't properly connected to your Facebook profile. Simply check the top of the left-side menu. If you see a blank avatar profile image above your email address, it means the connection isn't set up correctly. When properly connected, you should see your Facebook profile image displayed in that spot.
