🤝 A heads-up before you message people who do not follow you
- Instagram puts a message from someone the recipient does not follow into their message requests, not their inbox, and most people never open that tab.
- Creating a campaign with "Send Follow Request" set to No now asks you first, so it is a choice rather than a surprise.
- If the campaign has a voice note or an image, the warning is firmer, because Instagram refuses attachments outright until the person accepts. The text still arrives, the attachment does not.
📇 Skool imports now work for everyone
- Importing a Skool CSV reads the Name, First Name, Last Name and Community columns for every user, not just a few accounts. Previously most imports read only the first column and discarded the rest, so contacts were saved under their handle and messages opened with "Hey" plus a username.
- {firstname} and {lastname} now come from your own CSV rather than whatever the profile happens to display, and {community} fills in too.
- These imports are also much faster, since building the list straight from the CSV skips a lookup on every single profile.
