Fewer verification challenges from Instagram
Instagram checks whether a browser looks automated, and gets more suspicious when it does. That can mean a security checkpoint or a code request when you log in, and it can also make Instagram serve a stripped-down page that the app's tools cannot read properly.
The app has always hidden the main automation signal. A second signal was supposed to be hidden too, but a fault in that code meant it never actually was, so the app has been giving away more than intended. That is now fixed, and all three places the app opens a browser share the same corrected code.
You should not have to do anything differently. Logging in, sending, and scraping all work the same way, with a smaller chance of Instagram interrupting you.
The app updates itself, no action needed.
