📊 New: Campaign Analytics
- A new page showing, for every campaign, how many messages were delivered and how many of those people wrote back. The rate divides replies by messages delivered, never by the size of your list, and conversations the app could not read are left out rather than counted as silence.
- Export a campaign as a report you can send on, and export an account audit covering your friends, their engagement and your posting activity over the period you scanned.
💬 New: checking replies keeps your unread badges
- Checking a campaign's replies opens each conversation to read it, and opening a conversation is what marks it read on Facebook. New replies stopped looking new.
- The app now notes which conversations were unread before it looks, and puts those badges back afterwards. Only people who actually replied are restored, so a conversation you had already read is left alone.
🔁 New: retry only the conversations that failed
- When a few conversations cannot be read, a retry button appears on that campaign and re-checks just those, instead of walking the whole list again.
- Re-reading every conversation is what clears unread badges, so the narrower retry leaves the rest of your inbox untouched.
🤖 New: Campaign Copilot can use your message templates
- Switch a template on from the Message Templates page and Copilot can use it as context. Ask it to rewrite an opener five ways, shorten one, or build on it, and it works from your real copy instead of a generic example.
- Every template is off by default, so nothing is handed over until you choose it.
⚙️ Changed: clearer Settings, and the app notices updates while it is open
- Settings is now grouped into cards with a short explanation under each option, instead of one long list.
- The app checks for a new version every hour, so one left running overnight learns about a release instead of waiting for a restart.
