Social Prospector FB v2.1.20

🗑️ Fixed: "Delete All" on Deactivated Friends removed nobody

  • You would select your deactivated profiles, press Delete All, watch it work through them, and find every one still on your friends list afterwards. It failed on every profile, every time.
  • The app was reaching Facebook's confirmation box correctly and then failing to press the button, because the browser it was driving was not on screen. Chrome does not lay out a window nobody is looking at, so the click had nothing to land on.
  • It now presses that button a second way if the first fails. Verified before release on a real account: four deactivated profiles removed, four for four, checked against Facebook afterwards rather than trusting the app's own report.

👁️ Fixed: "Display Background Browser" was being ignored almost everywhere

  • The switch was honoured by 8 of the 38 places that open a browser. Turning it on did nothing for most tools.
  • All of them read it now, so the window appears when you ask for it. This also turned out to be what fixed Delete All, since a visible window is one Chrome actually draws.

⏱️ Fixed: scheduled campaigns silently did nothing while you used the app

  • A scheduled Mass Messenger or Audience Builder run could start on top of a tool you had already launched. Both wanted the same browser, and the second one quietly died.
  • The app now knows when a tool is running and the scheduled run waits its turn.

💬 Fixed: messages that blamed Facebook for things Facebook did not do

  • Pressing Stop during friend requests reported "Fb is not allowing more friend request!" It now says the request was interrupted.
  • "Facebook blocked this message" was shown for situations that are not blocks, including Messenger still setting up encryption and a message request the person has not accepted yet. Each now says what actually happened.
  • "All friends on this page are already clicked" appeared even when the page had simply not loaded.

⚙️ Fixed: settings that would not stick

  • Switches turned off came back on, and a limit set to 0 for "no limit" reverted to the default.
  • "Save Browser Cookies" reset itself on every launch on Windows.
  • "Clear Browser Cache" did nothing at all if you were signed out.
  • "Leave blank to auto-detect Chrome" is possible again.
