- Social Prospector checks in with our server every 15 minutes to pick up its settings. That check never said which account it belonged to, so an install that was open and working still registered as silent on our side.
- The practical effect: a genuinely active account could be treated as inactive. If the app ever seemed to forget you were using it, this was why.
- Nothing about your campaigns, your messages, or your Facebook data is involved, and nothing changes in how the app works day to day.
🔧 Clearer connection errors
- When that check cannot reach our server, the app now records the real reason instead of a generic failure message, so a connection problem is much quicker to pin down.
